Why use ITP

ITP Turfcare is operated by John Y. A resident of the TR Cabana section.  John and his wife relocated from GA in 2025 and are full time, year around residents.  


John operated a commercial lawn and property care company for several years in Pennsylvania.  This included performing lawn services, hardscaping snow removal and much, much more. 


John enjoys lawn care and just being of service.

Our mission at In The Park Turf Care is to provide high-quality reliable services that make our users' lives easier and more efficient.

No, ITP Turfcare is independent of TR.  We are not affiliated or endorsed by TR.  We support you, our client, in best efforts to comply with TR lot condition requirements.

Complete the contact us form and press send.  We will arrange to speak with you, tour your lot and will provide a customized quote based on your needs.

ITP will in most cases provide a written quote with services, pricing and terms to be agreed upon. We are your neighbors and we prefer to keep things simple and friendly.  Let us know if we are not providing documentation to the level you expect.  We will adjust and accommodate so everyone feels confident and protected in our service arrangements.

Yes, we offer plans based on year around or fractional/part of the year.  We also offer one time services if we have available labor to complete projects as needed.  Our goal is to provide service levels that outside providers will not.  

ITP prefers to enter into moderate to long term agreements and for payment to be in full for that term prior to work commencement.  ITP will work with each client to reach the best solution given the length of the term.  Our goal is to focus on craftsmanship and to make billing and payment simple for both parties.  ITP prefers cash or check as payment.

ITP will provide a typical schedule based on customer needs and also the program that is agreed upon.  Weather and growth patterns vary greatly in Florida and as we enter the rainy season more attention is required.  ITP will commit to customers requirements and will also keep a watchful eye on each property to make sure we are in compliance.  We want you to be a happy client and also represent ITP and TR's interest in the best way possible.  Weather in many cases will dictate the day(s) of service.  We ask for your understanding should weather alter our schedules.

At this time we are providing the basic services listed on the web site.  We will however consider additional requests provided labor is available and the project is within the expertise or ability of ITP.  Please ask and we will respond appropriately.

ITP will provide direct contact phone and email options after receiving your request for quote.  Thanks to scammers ITP does not list names or phone numbers on this site.  We will make sure you can reach us when needed and we will attend to your needs.

If you sell your lot or home ITP will allow the transfer of the remaining agreement to the new owners or we can offer a refund for the unused months in our agreement.

Services are agreed upon for a specific term.  Agreeing to these terms means that ITP will be committed to providing services during that term.  In special circumstances ITP will make best efforts to be considerate and to work with clients to a mutually agreeable solution. We do expect clients to honor the terms of agreements and appreciate a mutual respect between client and company.
